Perishable Fillings

The cake will be set up within an hour of reception start time -- which means a shortened display time and the cake must be not only cut for the traditional pictures but cut and served within ninety minutes of start time. Additionally, the cake should be packaged up and put in fridge right after that. There is also an option of doing a sauce on the cake.

Deposits and Refunds

In order to schedule your products on your event date a 50 percent non-refundable deposit is required. Without the deposit, we will not hold your date; priority will be given to the paying customer. Changes on any design can be made up to 1 month before the event All final payments are due 2 weeks prior to your event date. If payments are not made by the due date the cake may be cancelled.


Any cancellations can be made up to three weeks before the event date with a 25% refund. Due to our full schedule and our attention to detail, we spend many hours planning and preparing before even beginning on a cake.  Any products placed outside during an event has the possibility of melting or deforming due to the heat. We are not liable for products once it has been delivered or picked up. If we are setting up or serving for any event and there is damage to a cake we will repair it to the best of our ability.  If we are not able to repair the product any refund will be discussed on a case by case bases.

Serving Size

Our cakes are designed to serve the number of people you specify. The serving size is 1″ x 2″. If you are serving larger slices of cake and run out, we are not responsible to provide additional cake.  If you would like, a cutting guide can be provided to you.

Other Items

Our bakery does cook with nuts and dairy, during consultation please indicate any allergies/items that should not be included in your dessert.  Cake stands are available for purchase.
